Rick Smith has a diverse work history, starting in 1988 with EDS, an HP company, where they served as a Systems Analyst, managing information technology systems. Rick then joined Procter & Gamble as an Account Manager from 1990 to 1994. Smith continued their career at ACNielsen as an Account Manager, assisting Nestle USA in marketing plans and selling new marketing research software applications. In 1997, they began their tenure at Nestle USA, initially as a Customer Development Account Manager, successfully managing major customer accounts. Rick later transitioned to the role of Category Sales Development Manager, completing Category Management plans and conducting ad hoc analysis.
