Holly Cook

Holly Cook is an accomplished economist currently serving at the National Pork Producers Council since April 2021. Prior to this role, Holly held the position of Staff Economist at Decision Innovation Solutions from January 2020 to April 2021. Holly's experience in the agricultural sector includes an internship as an Economic Research Intern at Decision Innovation Solutions, an International Marketing Intern at the National Pork Board, and a variety of internships focused on agriculture and legislation, including roles at the Iowa Pork Producers Association and with Senator Charles Grassley. Holly completed a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business, with a focus on Economics, both from Iowa State University.
