Tom Mosby serves on the Board of Directors for the French Australian Cultural Exchange Foundation and the National Portrait Gallery in Canberra. Mosby has been the CEO of Koorie Heritage Trust since September 2012 and held the position of Chair for the Cairns Indigenous Art Fair until December 2023. Additionally, Mosby was the Interim Chair for Bangarra Dance Theatre from February 2016 to December 2019. Prior legal roles include Senior Associate positions at Sparke Helmore Lawyers, McCabe Terrill Lawyers, and Clayton Utz, as well as Solicitor and Articled Clerk at Maddocks. Mosby holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Conservation of Cultural Materials from the University of Canberra.
