Kristina Fe Magtibay-Alday is a seasoned professional in the field of psychology and human resources, currently serving as a Consultant Psychologist at Psychological Clinics since March 2022 and as a Human Resources Specialist at National Power Corporation since 2016. With previous experience as a Human Resources Associate at Honda Cars Batangas from 2012 to 2015, Kristina has cultivated a diverse skill set. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Clinical Psychology from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, obtained in December 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lyceum of the Philippines - Batangas City, completed in 2012.
