Mitch Simington

Mitch Simington is an experienced professional in research and development and process leadership. Currently serving as the R&D Process Lead at Drylock Technologies since January 2017, responsibilities include supporting the development of new products, materials, and process design. Additionally, since March 2008, Mitch has held the position of Process Leader at National Presto Industries, where contributions also focus on new product development and process design. Earlier roles at National Presto included Operations Team Lead and Lead Operator, showcasing a solid background in production operations and team management. Mitch holds a High School Diploma from Thorp High School, earned in 1999.
