Feliciano Guerrero (Chano)

Feliciano (Chano) Guerrero currently serves as the Assistant District Manager at National Railroad Safety Services, Inc. (NRSS) since February 2017 while also holding the position of Roadmaster at Belt Railway since August 1995.
