Nicholas Mant

Nicholas Mant, CFA GAICD, currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer at the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Nicholas was the Chief Investment Risk Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer at the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility from June 2021 to June 2025. Nicholas has extensive experience in risk management and investment, having worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager for Private Equity Funds at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and as Head of Credit and Investment Risk at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. Earlier career experience includes significant roles at EBRD, UBS AG as a Credit Officer in Emerging Markets, and ANZ as a Senior Analyst in Bank & Country Risk. Nicholas holds educational qualifications from Harvard Business School Executive Education, the University of Melbourne, Peking University, and SOAS University of London.
