Elizabeth Gonzales

Elizabeth Gonzales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and program management. Since September 2015, Elizabeth has held multiple roles at the National Recreation and Park Association, currently serving as Senior Aquatics Program Manager, where responsibilities include managing aquatics programs and enhancing customer engagement through various communication channels. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked at The Home Depot from June 2006 to September 2015, progressing through customer service roles to become a specialist in several departments. Elizabeth's career began at Reebok Factory Outlet Store as a Sales Manager, overseeing operations and merchandising across multiple store locations. Elizabeth holds an Associate’s Degree in Social Sciences from Northern Virginia Community College.
