Anastasia Moskvina

Anastasia Moskvina is a Senior Research Associate at the National Research University — Higher School of Economics since September 2018. Previously, Anastasia served as a Project Manager and Leader of the Social Accelerator at the Centre for NGO Development in St. Petersburg from March 2013 to September 2018, where responsibilities included selecting projects, organizing trainings, and facilitating discussions within the Social Entrepreneurs’ Club. At the North-West Academy of Public Administration from 2007 to 2013, Anastasia was a Lecturer and Head of the Department, responsible for designing a student social project incubator and lecturing on various subjects related to public administration. Earlier experience includes working as a Project Officer's Assistant at the Delegation of the European Commission to Russia from 2002 to 2006, providing consultation on EU grants. Anastasia's education includes an Executive Course in Social Finance from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a PhD in Sociology from Saint-Petersburg State University.
