Andrey Zarubin

Andrey Zarubin has a diverse work experience in IT companies, starting as a Support Team Manager at Acronis in 2005, where they managed a team of support engineers. Andrey later became the Global Quality and Training Manager, overseeing training development and support for teams globally. In 2011, they joined Comindware as a Support Team Manager, implementing support delivery processes. In 2013, they moved to InfoWatch as the Head of Corporate Training and later became the VP of Science and Education, focusing on educational strategy and partnerships. In 2017, they also worked as a Lead Engineer at the National Research University - Higher School of Economics.

Andrey Zarubin holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Linguistics from Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University (1999 - 2004) and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (2012 - 2014). Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various fields, including Six Sigma Black Belt from Aveta Business Institute.
