Daria Privalova

Daria Privalova is an experienced professional in the field of investments and mergers & acquisitions, currently serving as the Investments and M&A Senior Manager at ERG Africa since June 2022, focusing on new energy metals investments. Daria has been a Visiting Professor at the National Research University — Higher School of Economics since January 2016, teaching an Investment Analysis course for Masters students. Prior to ERG Africa, Daria held the position of Director at KPMG Russia from June 2016 to May 2022, where significant contributions were made to over 25 deals in the power and utilities, ESG, transport, and infrastructure sectors, including innovative M&A initiatives and successful deal closures exceeding $2.5 billion. Experience also includes serving as Head of Valuation and Deals Structuring at Airports of Regions, and earlier roles at PwC and RENOVA Group Bank, with a solid educational foundation in Financial Mathematics from Ural State Technical University.
