Annelies Costers

Annelies Costers, PhD, is a highly experienced academic and entrepreneur, currently serving as a lecturer and thesis supervisor at Odisee since February 2025, and as a practice assistant at Vrije Universiteit Brussel since February 2022. Annelies is also a visiting professor at the IÉSEG School of Management and KU Leuven, where courses encompass marketing, consumer experience, and research methodologies. In addition, Annelies co-founded The Kalepa Group in January 2021 and engaged in doctoral research at KEDGE Business School, focusing on customer experience management and luxury services marketing until February 2025. Annelies holds a PhD in Applied Economics from KU Leuven, completed in March 2020, and a Master's degree in Handelswetenschappen from the same institution. Previous experiences include a voluntary internship at Vemoflex and administrative roles at WDP from 2010 to 2012.
