Natalia Moskvitina

Natalia Moskvitina serves as the Director of Platform Employment and Driver Partnership at Yandex Go, with additional responsibilities as Head of User Acquisition (Drivers) and Head of the Platform Employment Department since July 2021. Concurrently, Natalia holds the position of Associate Professor at the National Research University — Higher School of Economics, where the focus is on teaching Regional Investment Policy to third-year students, covering various topics including regional policy theories, investment climate metrics, project management principles, stakeholder analysis, and useful project management tools. Previously, Natalia worked at the Moscow city government as the Head of the Department of Priority Investment Projects from August 2016 to July 2021, managing public-private partnership projects and facilitating significant investments in the pharmaceutical and medical industries. Natalia's educational background includes a Specialist degree in Regional Economy from Lomonosov Moscow State University, a Master of Laws (LLM) from the Higher School of Economics, and a brief study experience at Fudan University.
