Pamela Jacobs serves as the Chief Executive Officer at the National Resource Center on Domestic Violence since April 2024, after a tenure as Executive Director at the New Jersey Coalition To End Domestic Violence from June 2018 to April 2024. In conjunction with leading Pamela Jacobs Consulting since May 2013, Pamela Jacobs trains multidisciplinary professionals on equity, belonging, and the eradication of violence and oppression. Previous roles include Executive Director of the South Carolina Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, and Immigration and Outreach Project Attorney for the Kansas Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lincoln University (MO).
