Yana Keyzerman

Yana Keyzerman has extensive experience in instructional design and content development roles. Currently working at the National Restaurant Association as a Senior Manager, Content Development and serving as a Diversity Council Member. Prior to this, Yana has worked at Disney Institute and American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute in similar roles. Yana has successfully secured grant funding for various e-learning projects and has a strong background in developing training materials for the hospitality industry. With a graduate certificate in Instructional Design for Simulations and an MA in Technical Communication, Yana's expertise lies in creating effective and engaging learning solutions.
