Michael H.

Michael H. has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Michael began their career at McLean Bible Church in 2005 as an Assistant Age Group Coordinator, where they managed a team and oversaw a classroom for children with special needs. In 2014, they worked as a Researcher at the Student Center for African Research and Resolutions.

In 2015, Michael worked as a Research Assistant at American University, where they cleaned a dataset for a publication and prepared charts and tables for submission. Michael then joined the National Rifle Association (NRA) in 2009 as a Membership Specialist and Education & Training Liaison, and later became a Production Coordinator. In these roles, they facilitated and managed multiple high-value projects, prioritized tasks, and served as a liaison to third-party vendors. Michael eventually became a Manager and then a Senior Manager in the Membership Operations department at the NRA.

In 2021, Michael briefly worked as a Fall Writing Fellow at America's Future, and they are currently employed by the National Rifle Association.

Michael H. began their education in 2005 at Messiah University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication. Michael remained there until 2009, completing their undergraduate education. In 2013, Michael H. continued their educational journey at American University, where they obtained a Master's of Arts degree in International Relations - Comparative and Regional Studies. Michael completed their studies at American University in 2017.
