Caroline Cochran- McClain

Caroline Cochran-McClain, also known as Carrie, is currently serving as the Chief Policy Officer at the National Rural Health Association. With a background in public health, Caroline (Carrie) has held various leadership roles in organizations such as the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Health Resources and Services Administration. Carrie is a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) graduate from the University of North Carolina and holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Syracuse University. Caroline (Carrie) has extensive experience in policy analysis, planning, and strategic leadership within the healthcare sector.
