Piper Martin is currently working as a Program Services Coordinator at the National Rural Health Association. Prior to this, Piper served as the GW UNICEF Advocacy Committee Chair at The George Washington University. Piper's background includes internships at PAN Foundation and Bipartisan Policy Center, as well as involvement in various leadership roles and programs at Fairfield University. Piper is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health degree with a focus on Health Policy Analysis at The George Washington University.

The National Rural Health Association (NRHA) is a national nonprofit membership organization with thousands of members across the country. The association’s mission is to provide leadership on rural health issues through advocacy, communications, education and research. NRHA membership consists of a diverse collection of individuals and organizations, all of whom share the common bond of an interest in rural health.
