Rebecca Hartman, MPH is a Development Coordinator at Berks Counseling Center and a NRHA Fellow at National Rural Health Association. Rebecca is also a PhD student at Alvernia University conducting research on perinatal depression and its correlation to health policy in Pennsylvania. Previously, Rebecca was a Program Manager at the Center for Community Leadership. Rebecca holds a BA in English and MPH in Public Health Administration and Policy from the University of Minnesota.

The National Rural Health Association (NRHA) is a national nonprofit membership organization with thousands of members across the country. The association’s mission is to provide leadership on rural health issues through advocacy, communications, education and research. NRHA membership consists of a diverse collection of individuals and organizations, all of whom share the common bond of an interest in rural health.
