David Primmer

David Primmer has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. David started their career at Nortel Networks as a Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing from 2000 to 2003. David then worked at Sprint Nextel as a Corporate Development Manager and Operations Finance Manager from 2003 to 2007.

In 2007, David joined TerreStar Networks as a Director and later became the Vice President of the Commercial Programs group. David played a key role in developing partnerships with AT&T, negotiating contracts, and leading sales and marketing plans. David also introduced the first integrated cellular and satellite mobile communications smartphone to the market.

David then worked as a Principal Consultant at Caten McGuire, LLC from 2011 to 2014. David joined SignalFrame as the Strategic Finance and Partnership Development professional from 2014 to 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, David worked as an Independent Consultant at CTIA before becoming a Management Consultant at a national wireless company from 2018 to 2020.

Currently, David serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain and Vendor Management at NRTC, starting from September 2020.

David Primmer has a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. David also holds an MBA in Finance from Emory University - Goizueta Business School. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "Productivity Tips: Taking Control of Email" and "Supply Chain Foundations: Analytics" from LinkedIn in the year 2024.
