Operations and Engineering

The Operations and Engineering team at the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative is responsible for overseeing the deployment and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure in rural areas. This team ensures operational efficiency through process improvement and automation, while also managing GIS design, outside plant (OSP) engineering, and technical services. They collaborate on project planning and execution to deliver reliable broadband and telecommunications solutions to member utilities.
