Floyd Clifton has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Floyd started their career as an Inside Sales Rep at MCR Safety in 1998, where they were responsible for prospecting in the Eastern & South regions for new distribution and assisting with the management of regional and national accounts. Floyd then progressed to become a Regional Sales Manager and later a National Sales Manager, managing various national accounts and manufacturer rep agencies in the US.
In 2012, Floyd joined Logistics Supply as the East Region Sales Manager before moving on to The Sqwincher Corporation, where they served as a Region Sales Manager and later as a National Accounts Manager, managing various national accounts and expanding the product portfolio.
Floyd returned to MCR Safety in 2014 as the Director of Sales (U.S. & Canada), responsible for coordinating and leading all sales activities in the US and Canada, managing distributors, and implementing the company's business plans and strategies.
Floyd then joined SureWerx in 2019, where they held multiple roles including Sales Development Manager, Region Manager, and National Sales Manager. In these roles, they were involved in strategic planning, managing national accounts, and expanding the company's product portfolio.
Most recently, Floyd Clifton has joined National Safety Apparel as the Director of Sales, a position they currently hold.
Floyd Clifton's education history includes attending the Theocratic Ministry School from 1995 to an unspecified end year. In 1996, they attended UCLA for a year before completing their education there in 1997. From 2010 to 2012, they attended Sandler, and before that, from 1994 to 1996, Floyd Clifton attended the Sears School of Sales, where they studied Selling Skills and Sales Operations.
