Gary Medalis has overall extensive work experience in product management, marketing, and brand strategy. Starting from 1998, they held various roles at Henkel Consumer Adhesives, including Vice President of Marketing and General Manager of Housewares Divisions. Gary was responsible for brand development, marketing, and research, as well as leading strategic overhauls and re-engineering departments. From 2007 to 2023, Medalis worked at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where they held positions such as Director of Product Development & Marketing for Consumer, Commercial, and OTR Global, Director of Product Development & Marketing for B2B Businesses, and General Manager of the Goodyear Passenger Tire Division. In these roles, they had extensive responsibilities in strategic development, portfolio management, budget oversight, and team leadership. Additionally, since 2023, they have been serving as the Vice President of Product Management & Marketing at National Safety Apparel. Furthermore, they also took on the role of Fractional CMO at Executive Marketing, Product Strategy, and Brand Strategy in 2023, where they focused on refining brands and enhancing product portfolios.
Gary Medalis has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Baldwin Wallace University. Gary also completed an Executive Development Program at Cranfield University and a Senior Executive Development Program at Harvard Business School. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Advertising Management from Ohio University. Prior to their higher education, Gary attended Padua Franciscan High School.
