Timothy T. O'Toole

Mr. O’Toole is director, Editon International/Southern California Edison. He previously joined the board of FirstGroup as a non-executive director in May 2009, was appointed chief operating officer and deputy chief executive in June 2010, and chief executive in November 2010. Mr. O’Toole previously was managing director for London Underground, where his leadership in response to the terrorist attacks of July 7, 2005, earned him an Honorary CBE from the Queen. Prior to joining Transport for London in 2003, he was president and chief executive of Consolidated Rail Corporation. He was a board member of CSX Corporation between 2007 and 2017, and was appointed to the board of Edison International and Southern California Edison in July 2017. Mr. O’Toole earned a juris doctorate from University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a bachelor of arts from LaSalle University, Philadelphia, which also awarded him an honorary doctorate of letters.
