Anton (AJ) Kiehner serves as the Director of Development at National Sawdust since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kiehner held various positions at The Metropolitan Opera Guild from January 2018 to September 2023, including Associate Director of Development and Special Events, Assistant Director of Special Events, and Special Events Manager and Board Liaison. Previous experience includes roles at Opus 3 Artists, Leonard Bernstein Office, The Garden Club of America, Broadway in South Africa, Beneath the Earth Film Festival, UNICEF, and ABC11 Eyewitness News - WTVD. Kiehner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism (Electronic Digital Media) and Music (Vocal Performance) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 2008 and 2011.
