Joie Cadle has a diverse work experience. Joie began their career in 1994 as an Office Manager and Grants Manager at WEEKENDS of Greater Orlando, Inc. In 2002, they joined Orange County Public Schools as a School Board Member. In 2011, they became the President-Elect of the Florida School Boards Association. Joie then served as the President of the Florida School Boards Association in 2012. Additionally, they were also appointed as the President of the Southern Region at the National School Boards Association in 2012.

Joie Cadle attended Orlando Business College from 1971 to 1972, where they pursued a field of study in Administrative Assistant. In the same timeframe, they also enrolled at Seminole State College of Florida, but their specific field of study is not provided.
