Art Saenz

Art Saenz is an experienced IT Project Leader, currently serving at the National Science Foundation since July 2000. Prior to this role, Art worked at the CIA from April 1985 to July 2000, holding positions as a programmer, systems analyst, COTR, and project manager. Art holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University, which was completed between 1980 and 1984.
