Eric Livingston

Eric Livingston is currently involved in the NCSES ORISE Research Fellowship at the National Science Foundation, focusing on research related to Artificial Intelligence and enhancing datasets. With extensive experience as a Senior Principal Data Analyst at Elsevier since 2011, Eric supports government agencies in leveraging data technologies and has developed tools for data processing and analysis. Prior roles include serving as Chief Information Officer at Consolidated Healthcare Services, where Eric managed IT infrastructure for multiple locations, and as President of Private Client Technologies, where operational workflows were optimized. Eric has also held significant positions in technology and management at organizations such as Foliage Software Systems, Baroudi Bloor International, and Commerce One. Eric is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Artificial Intelligence at Capitol Technology University, complementing an MBA from Yale and a BA in Philosophy and Cognitive Sciences from Syracuse University.
