Justin MacDonald currently serves as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma's Center for Educational Development and Research (CEDaR). Since January 2023, Justin has been the Principal Investigator for an NSF-SBIR Grant. With extensive experience in educational leadership and implementation, Justin held the position of Vice President of Implementation and Training at Class Bucks and has worked as a Learning Designer and Trainer at VRperspectives. Previous roles include Principal at Digital Arts and Technology Academy Charter School, Consultant at Argonne National Laboratory, and various teaching positions in middle and high school settings. Justin has a diverse educational background, holding multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Oklahoma, an MBA from UNM Anderson School of Management, and Master's degrees in School Leadership from Harvard and Physics Teacher Education from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, among others, culminating in two Bachelor's degrees in Sociology and Anthropology from New Mexico State University.
