Roxanne M. serves as an ORISE Fellow at the National Center for Science and Engineering Statistics (NCSES) with a prior role as a Pathways Intern in the same organization, contributing since July 2021. Concurrently, Roxanne holds the position of Chair on the WSUAA Board of Directors Scholarship Committee and has been actively involved with the Washington State University Foundation since January 2019. As the Founder and Consultant for (re)HumanizEd, Roxanne focuses on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice in STEM and educational environments. Additionally, Roxanne coordinates the United States Research Team for the Third Wave Research Project and co-founded initiatives aimed at professional development and academic affairs at Washington State University. Previous experience includes roles at the Ronald E. McNair Post Baccalaureate Achievement Program and as a School Director for Imagine Schools. Roxanne's academic background includes a PhD in Mathematics and Science Education from Washington State University, an MEd from Chaminade University of Honolulu, and a BA from the University of Chicago.
