Cathy Iammartino

Cathy Iammartino, CAE, currently serves as Chief of Publications & Digital Products at the National Science Teaching Association (NSTA), overseeing NSTA Press, NSTA Kids, and five peer-reviewed journals. Prior to this, Cathy held the position of Director of Publications and Digital Initiatives at NSTA, where responsibilities included leadership and management of publications to align with the organization's mission. Cathy's extensive experience includes roles such as Director of Program & Product Development at Crisis Prevention Institute, where product strategy and budget management were key focuses, and Director of Product Development at APICS, where management of a multi-million dollar budget and new product opportunities were emphasized. At the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Cathy directed publishing initiatives and successfully increased market share and revenue through online and print projects. Other notable positions include Senior Project Manager at McGraw-Hill Higher Education and Project Editor at Elm Street Publishing Services. Cathy holds a B.S. in Management - Graphic Arts from Ball State University.
