Randy Grisham

Randy Grisham possesses extensive experience in both scouting and metal processing. Since December 2015, Randy has served as a College Scout at National Scouting Report, while also holding the position of Caster Operator/1st Operator Slab Grinder at Outokumpu since September 2013, where responsibilities include continuous casting of stainless steel. Previous roles include Crew Leader at Nucor Castrip from September 2008 to September 2013, as well as Taylor Operator and Trainer at Nucor Steel Yamato between September 2001 and September 2008. Randy’s early career included working as a Driver/EMT for the Blytheville Fire Department from January 1999 to September 2001. Educational background includes studies at Dyersburg State Community College.
