Katie Peters-Xiong

Katie Lombardo Peters-Xiong is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in education. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at National Seating & Mobility, Inc., Katie has previously held roles including HR & Benefits Manager and Senior HR Generalist within the same organization. Prior to transitioning into human resources, Katie was a Kindergarten Teacher at Murray Elementary School and a 4th Grade Teacher at Elm City Elementary School. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from East Carolina University and an advanced degree from the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business, completed in May 2021.
