Michael Brockly

Michael Brockly currently serves as the Vice President of Programs & Strategy and Director of Program Management at NSTXL, where leadership of the Program Management team supports post-award activities for a multi-billion dollar portfolio of government contracts in defense and national security. Prior to NSTXL, Michael held positions at Novetta as a Technical Project Manager, managing biometric portfolios for DoD and law enforcement, and at KeyW Corporation as Deputy Senior Operations Officer, providing counterterrorism support within a U.S. Government operations center. Michael's early career includes roles as an Identity Intelligence Subject Matter Expert and Biometrics Researcher, contributing to biometric research and quality assurance. Michael holds a Master of Science degree in Technology, Leadership, and Innovation and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology, both from Purdue University.
