Ngoc Charvet

Ngoc Charvet has extensive experience in technology strategy and program management, currently serving as Vice President of Technology Strategy & Programs at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. since June 2025. Prior roles include Vice President of the Enterprise PMO at Hilltop Holdings and Director of Client Delivery at Aperia Solutions, Inc. Between 2014 and 2020, Ngoc held the position of VP of Application Development at AIG, where responsibilities included providing executive technology leadership for various institutional markets. Earlier experience encompasses a Director of Application Development role at MetLife and a Program Manager position at Accenture, focusing on consulting for diverse industries. Ngoc holds a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biology from Kenyon College.
