Konstantin Neradovsky

Konstantin Neradovsky is an experienced professional in the field of technical innovation and software quality assurance, currently serving as the Technical Innovation Lead at the National Settlement Depository since May 2021. Prior roles include Head of the Innovation Center and Head of Test Automation at Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation, as well as Deputy Head of Division at Sberbank-Technology, where management of a 40-member distributed team of software test engineers was a key responsibility. Konstantin's earlier experience spans positions at Cisco Systems, CMA Small Systems AB, and various roles in smaller organizations such as Test Manager and Independent SQA Expert. Konstantin holds a Master's degree in Electronics from the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics and has studied Cybernetics at the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
