Dhaval Patel has extensive experience in the food science and product development industry, currently serving as the Director of Commercialization and Technical Services at Rubix Foods since February 2023. Previously, Dhaval held the position of Sr. Technical Innovation Lead at Schreiber Foods and Sr. Product Development Lead at The Coca-Cola Company, where responsibilities included managing product development projects and leading R&D teams. Additionally, Dhaval has experience as R&D Manager at California Natural Products, Food Scientist at Omega Protein, Inc., and QC Assistant Manager at Wallaby Yogurt Company. Dhaval's educational background includes a Master's degree in Food Science from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology from Gujarat Agricultural University.
