Operations Team

The Operations Team at National Shunt Service is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of the TOTAL YARD MANAGEMENT PROGRAM across various warehouses, manufacturing sites, and cross-dock operations in North America. This includes coordinating over 400,000 shipment movements per month, optimizing yard logistics, and ensuring the effective implementation of the ShuntWARE® technological solution to add value to both employees and customers. The team consists of Site Coaches, Regional Site-coaches, Operations Managers, Logistics Coordinators, Project Managers, Senior Support Services Managers, and Support Analysts, all working cohesively to streamline operations and enhance system functionalities.
