Son Thach

Son Thach has a diverse work experience. Son is currently the Director of Operations at the National Small Business Association, where they oversee office operations, financial management, human resources, and board meetings. Prior to this, Son owned and managed Kai Massage & Bodywork, where they gained expertise in customer service and the health and wellness industry. Son is also a licensed professional and member of AMTA. Son has previous experience as an IRS Tax Preparer and Assistant Manager at Minh's.

Son Thach attended the University of the District of Columbia from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting. Son also holds additional certifications, including an Advance VITA/TCE Certification from the Internal Revenue Service (obtained in 2020), a Licensed Therapist certification from the DC Department of Health (obtained in January 2014), and a CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Health Care Academy (obtained in 2018). Son is also pursuing the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification.
