Elizabeth Ryan-Drewyer Sphr

Elizabeth Ryan-Drewyer, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR operations across various organizations. Since October 2013, Elizabeth has served as the Director of Human Resources and Administration at the National Society of Professional Engineers, where responsibilities include developing and evaluating employee relations strategies to foster a positive workplace culture. Prior to this, Elizabeth was the Director of Human Resources at the American Physical Therapy Association from 2007 to 2013, collaborating with executive leadership to implement strategic HR initiatives, manage compensation programs, and oversee organizational development. Elizabeth's earlier role as Director of Human Resources at the Close Up Foundation involved establishing HR policies and ensuring compliance with regulations, while also serving on executive councils and managing personnel-related activities.
