Jim Bodecker

Jim Bodecker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate, renewable energy, and private equity. As Managing Partner at The Bodecker Group since August 2010, Jim has focused on commercial financing and solar development. In addition, Jim serves as Partner and Chief Business Officer at National Energy Development, where the focus is on renewable projects across the U.S., and as Vice President of Development at National Solar Technologies, developing energy solutions for commercial clients. Jim also leads 716 Realty Group as President, offering residential and commercial real estate services. Prior roles include Broker/Chief Executive Officer at Black Willow Real Estate and ownership of Great Lakes Payroll. Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Medaille University and graduated from Williamsville South High School.
