Carl Paine is an experienced construction professional currently serving as President and previously as Vice President at National Specialty Contractors since August 2014. Under Carl Paine's leadership, National Specialty Contractors specializes in large-scale general trades packages, employing a skilled team of union tradespeople for various tasks such as carpentry, custom millwork, and fire protection. Carl Paine has also been a member of the Board of Directors for the Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry since January 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Estimator and Project Manager at Denn-Co Construction from August 2005 to August 2014, and at J.L. Judge Construction from February 2002 to August 2005. Carl Paine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management from Northwood University, completed in 1999.
