Sharon St.clair Simon

Sharon St.Clair Simon, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, CNE, is a highly experienced healthcare professional with extensive expertise in nursing education and clinical practice. Currently serving as the Director of the Family Nurse Practitioner Program and Associate Professor at Shenandoah University since August 2018, Simon also works as a Family Nurse Practitioner at National Spine & Pain Centers, focusing on the assessment and management of orthopedic and neurologic conditions. With additional roles as adjunct faculty at Georgetown University and a history of practice management and clinical care, Simon possesses a strong background in both healthcare delivery and academic mentorship. Simon holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from The Ohio State University and is pursuing a postgraduate certificate in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Shenandoah University.
