David Walsh

David Walsh is currently the Head of the Automotive Certification Department at the National Standards Authority of Ireland. Previously, David held positions as a Senior Automotive/Homologation Engineer and Quality Engineer at Bellurgan Precision Engineering. David holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Technological University Dublin, a BSc (Hons) in Computer Aided Manufacturing Engineering, and a BEng in Manufacturing Engineering from Waterford Institute of Technology. David is involved in providing certification services for the automotive sector within both national and international markets.
