Francis Monds currently serves as a Legal and Compliance Officer (Senior Scientific Officer) at the National Standards Authority of Ireland since January 2024. Prior to this role, Francis held positions at the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) from October 2017 to January 2024, initially as Higher Executive Officer in the determination order enforcement section and later in the legal affairs and registration enforcement sections. Francis also contributed as a Voluntary Board Member at Greystones Family Resource Centre from July 2020 to June 2023. Earlier career experience includes managing services at Dublin Simon Community from March 2008 to October 2017 and providing outreach support at Tallaght Homeless Advice Unit and the Salvation Army. Francis's educational background includes a Barrister at Law Degree and an LLB in Law from The Honorable Society of King's Inns and Technological University Dublin, respectively.
