Jessica Carter

Jessica Carter, CHRP, CHRL, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at National Steel Car Ltd since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jessica held various senior positions at TK Elevator, including Senior Director and Director of Human Resources from April 2019 to April 2024. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources for Ontario & Atlantic at Purolator Inc. and Senior Human Resources Manager at ThyssenKrupp Elevator Americas. Jessica's career began at Siemens Canada Limited, where positions included Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Consultant. Additional experience includes a role as Human Resources Generalist at ADESA and Recruiter at Siemens Canada. Jessica holds education credentials from Western University and Sheridan College.
