Kelly K. Antoniadis

Kelly K. Antoniadis has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2001 with the National Student Clearinghouse. Kelly K. has held various roles within the organization, including Director, HR (Talent), Senior Human Resources Manager (Talent), Manager, Talent Acquisition and Development, Operations Trainer, Training & Development Specialist, Corporate Trainer, Customer Service Trainer, Customer Service Team Lead, and Customer Service Rep. In these roles, Kelly has focused on talent acquisition, employee development, compliance management, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Kelly K. has also worked at North Gate Vineyard as a Wine Educator/Tasting Room Associate from 2012 to 2018.

Kelly K. Antoniadis obtained a Regent Bachelor of Arts degree with Summa Cum Laude honors in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Shepherd University in 2011. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science degree in General Studies and a Career Studies Certificate in Business Information Technology from Northern Virginia Community College in 2005. In addition to their formal education, Kelly has obtained various certifications in diversity, equity, and inclusion, cybersecurity, generative AI, talent acquisition, microaggression, inclusive leadership, and more from institutions such as the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, National Student Clearinghouse, Microsoft, SHRM, and LinkedIn.
