Hailey Laurenson's work experience includes serving as President of the National Student Nurses' Association starting in April 2023, Treasurer from January 2022 to April 2023, Secretary of the University of Miami Women's Club Soccer since January 2022, Nurse Intern at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab from May 2023 to August 2023, Nurse Intern at THE NORTHWESTERN SPECIALISTS FOR WOMEN, LLC from May 2021 to August 2022, Teaching Assistant at the University of Miami - School of Nursing and Health Studies from August 2021 to December 2021, and President of the Circle of Friends Organization from 2019 to 2020.

Hailey Laurenson completed their high school education at Saint Ignatius College Prep from 2016 to 2020, earning their High School Diploma. Following their graduation, they enrolled at the University of Miami in 2020 and is expected to complete their Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse in 2024. In addition to their formal education, Hailey obtained certifications in Stop the Bleed from the American College of Surgeons in April 2023, and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association in May 2022.
