Lindsey Garcia is an accomplished Chick Evans Scholar at the Western Golf Association/Evans Scholars Foundation, recognized for academic excellence and leadership, and actively supporting incoming students through mentorship. Serving as Vice President of Communications for Phi Gamma Nu - Beta Pi, Lindsey effectively communicates with over 100 members and manages social media outreach. Experience includes a Care Coordinator Intern role at UIC Division of Specialized Care for Children, where video content was created for Spanish-speaking families, and an Administrative Intern position at Aunt Martha's Health & Wellness, focusing on meeting summaries and event planning. Additionally, Lindsey has practical experience as a Caddie at Medinah Country Club and as a Medical Scribe at Advanced Pediatrics Neonatal, where bilingual communication and patient care documentation were essential. Pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, set to graduate in April 2024.
