Giovanna Guerci

Giovanna Guerci has more than 35 years of experience in healthcare administration, operational leadership and is certified in Healthcare Compliance by the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA). She is a principal in Guerci Consulting Services, managing successful de novo projects for physician practices and breast imaging centers for more than 16 years.

Ms. Guerci has been the Chief Operating Officer and Principal of Friedlander & Associates, LLC (F&A), since its founding 18 years ago, during which time she has succeeded in opening numerous freestanding ASC’s. She is responsible for project management of the facility build out, development of operational and clinical policy, procedures and workflows, the establishment of health information systems and survey preparation and readiness, the achievement of state licensure, CMS certification and accreditation with nationally recognized organizations.

Ms. Guerci is a Board Member of the New York State Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers and a member of the Florida Society of Ambulatory Surgical Centers.
